    Welcome to planDisney, Erin!

You can't go wrong with a stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge! This is one of my Ohana's favorite resorts. Whether you're in Jambo House or Kidani Village, you will be surrounded by beautiful savannas, delicious food, and you'll have access to two really great pools. Get ready for your best trip ever!

Erin, you can check if you are team Kidani or Jambo in your My Disney Experience account. If you are using the Walt Disney World website, click on the My Disney Experience tab to get started. Scroll down to your hotel reservation details. Your reservation should show Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, or Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House. If you booked a traditional resort room, it will display Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, and this means you are located in Jambo House. If you booked a Deluxe Studio or Villa, it will specifically list either Kidani or Jambo House in your reservation details. You can also see this information in the My Disney Experience app. Tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen, and select Hotel Reservations to see which location you have booked. And when in doubt, you can always reach out to a friendly Cast Member with Tickets and Resort Reservations by phone to confirm your resort choice.

Now that you have your drop-off location, let's talk must do activities at this resort. It can be really easy to plan park open to park close days when you're visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth, but I encourage you to block off time to explore this hotel! You can enjoy Movies Under the Stars, campfires, and those great pools I mentioned. And of course, you'll want time to explore the trails and savannas, which are home to over 200 animals. You'll need a full day or two to explore all there is to offer at this fabulous hotel.

I hope your upcoming adventure is wild!
