Oh bother, I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to access your
Magic Key pass, Amelia. Not to worry, I have a couple of suggestions for you to try. You'll be on your way to the Happiest Place on Earth before you know it. Sometimes I've experienced challenges in the
Disneyland app and have been able to complete my task at the Disneyland site. You might try logging in to your Disney account at the Disneyland site and trying to make your theme park reservation there.
If that doesn't work, you will need to reach out to a friendly Cast Member at the
Magic Key phone line at (714) 781-7277. They are available every day from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. They will be able to access your account and provide you with your Magic Key pass ID number.
