How do I find "Hydration Stations" or places I can fill water bottles in the parks?

    Hi Jennifer!

Good for you for planning to stay hydrated while visiting Walt Disney World Resort! The easiest places to refill your water bottle are the water fountains situated throughout the theme parks. You will typically spot them between or near the rest rooms so just check your theme park map to identify the location of the nearest rest room or ask the closest Cast Member to point you in the right direction.

Did you know that Cast Members will be happy to provide you with a cold, complimentary cup of water at any quick-service restaurant? That's another great place to cool down and hydrate.

When I am traveling with family or a school group to Walt Disney World Resort, I typically have a grocery delivery service deliver a case of bottled water to my hotel on my arrival day. I'll chill those water bottles so that each member of my travel party can have a cold bottle to start the day. Then each of us can refill the emptied bottle at will throughout the day. This practice has saved me an unimaginable sum of money over the years.

Do let us know if you have any additional questions as your trip approaches. My friends and I here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel would love to assist you in any way.

Sending best wishes and pixie dust,
