    Where can I find a guest service if I have issues with my Disney experience? I am not staying on property.

    Hello Rhonda, and welcome to planDisney!

    I've been such a huge fan of My Disney Experience and the oh-so magical My Disney Experience Mobile App since they were both introduced for Guest use way back in January 2014; which incidentally was when I first began assisting Guests here at planDisney, or the Disney Parks Moms Panel as it was known back then!

    Rhonda, my personal top tips for the best use of the My Disney Experience Mobile App are to take a little time ahead of your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort to familiarise yourself with the App.

    For instance, be sure to -
     - have your My Disney Experience account log-in details saved on your smart mobile device for ease of signing-in.
     -  Prior to arrival at Walt Disney World Resort, link any purchased Disney Theme Park Tickets and then go ahead and make Disney Park Pass reservations.
     - Take a moment to browse details of the complimentary Disney Genie service which can help maximise the magic of your visit.

    If you should encounter any hiccups or even technical difficulties with your My Disney Experience account, it's always possible for Guests to gain the knowledgeable advice of Cast Members at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, or indeed at any Guest Relations location. 

    Additionally, all Guests are welcome to approach the Guest Experience Team when visiting the Disney Theme Parks.  These particularly tech-skilled Cast Members can easily be identified by their standout blue coloured shirts!
