Hello, Erica!
Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you recently sailed on the Disney Cruise Line. I hope you had an amazing time! Disney Cruises are one of my family's favorite ways to spend time together. With all of the fun amenities, delicious food, and fantastic entertainment, we love it all!
Onboard folios (basically, your receipt of expenses) for Disney Cruises taken within the past 90 days can be found on the Disney Cruise Line website. Log into your MyDisney account on the
Disney Cruise Line website, and highlight "Already Booked" at the top of the page. Scroll down and select "Castaway Club". Towards the bottom of the page, there is an option to view "My Cruises". This is where your previous cruises should be listed. Sailings within the past 90 days should have a link to download your onboard folio. I recommend calling
Disney Cruise Line for assistance if you cannot find it or if it has been more than 90 days since your cruise.
The hardest part of a Disney Cruise is disembarkation day. My kids cry every time our cruises end because they do not want to leave the ship (I might tear up a little, as well!). This is why we always take advantage of the
Disney Cruise Line Onboard Booking Offer, even if we do not have another cruise planned at that time. This offer allows Guests to enjoy a discount off prevailing rates on the Disney Cruise Line website for a future cruise. It is the perfect excuse to book another Disney Cruise!
Erica, thank you again for contacting planDisney. I hope you had a magical voyage aboard the Disney Cruise Line!
Happy sailing!
Jen
