So, in my experience, you can typically find the character plush in a swaddle at multiple locations throughout the
Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts. The largest selection that I’ve seen is at The World of Disney Store at Disney Springs. I have also seen quite a few at the Magic Kingdom Emporium. I would recommend stopping by one of the stores, and if you cannot find him, ask a friendly cast member to see if they can look it up and, if it is available, where you can find it. My daughter wanted a popular, hard-to-find bracelet. A cast member found it for me at a resort, and I was able to dash over and pick it up.
I was able to find a Fígaro plush on the
Disney Store website. If you are unable to find the one you want in the parks, this might be a great option.
