How do I find out if me or my family have any in-used tickets from previous trips?

    Hiya Brittany!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us this magical question! I am so glad you are planning a Disney vacation and have picked such a fun time to visit the theme parks. Indeed, you will be able to experience the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, which is one of my favourite festivals. But first, let's talk about those theme park tickets!

One of my favourite things about Disney theme park tickets is that unused tickets do not go to waste. Indeed, you can have the cost of unused theme park tickets credited on your next purchase of theme park tickets! The only way to see if you have any expired, unused tickets that can be credited is by talking to a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. Indeed, only Disney Cast Members can see these expired tickets and issue a credit for you. Although this can be done in person, I would highly recommend contacting a Cast Member as soon as possible so that you can purchase your theme park tickets and make your reservations

Once you have your tickets and theme park reservations, I highly recommend checking out EPCOT's International Festival of the Arts, as it includes so many unique offerings that are only available at that time of year. One of my favourite offerings from this festival has to be The Expression Section: A Paint-by-Number Mural, which allows you to paint a huge paint-by-number mural. Another favourite offering of mine is the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series, which features Broadway legends performing some of your favourite Disney songs. Now, you cannot talk about EPCOT festivals without talking about the unique food options! Although we do not have the full menu yet, the deconstructed key-lime pie and the wild mushroom risotto were some of my absolute favourites last year!

I hope this was helpful, Brittany, and that you will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation! If you have any other questions leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach out. You're as welcome as can be!

    Have a magical day,
