Hiya Martha,
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your Annual Passholder question! As a fellow Floridian and proud Annual Passholder for over 10 years, I can tell you—being part of this magical club truly never gets old.
There’s just something so special about having the flexibility to head to the parks on a whim—whether it’s for a quick stroll down Main Street or grabbing a LeFou’s Brew at Gaston’s Tavern. Plus, the perks like discounted dining, merchandise savings, and those exclusive Passholder goodies (hello, limited-edition magnets and event previews!) are the pixie-dusted cherry on top.
Now, let’s dive into your question and get you all set!
To check the expiration date on your Annual Pass, just follow these simple steps in the My Disney Experience app:
- Open the app and tap the ☰ (hamburger menu) in the bottom right corner
- Select “Tickets and Passes”
- You’ll see all active tickets linked to your account—just look under the barcode on your pass, and your expiration date will be listed there
If you're nearing that expiration window, you’ll be happy to know that Passholders can
renew up to 60 days before and 30 days after their pass expires. You can take care of your renewal
online through the My Disney Experience app or website, in person at any Disney World ticket window or at Disney Springs
Guest Relations, and if you’re paying in full, you can even renew by phone.
Martha, I hope this helps you keep the magic going! If you have any more questions or need help navigating your next Disney adventure, feel free to stop by and ask. We love helping Guests like you make every visit practically perfect!
See ya real soon,
Christina
