Hey there, Antoinette, and welcome to planDisney!
I find the easiest place to find the expiration date on
theme park tickets is in the email confirmation for the ticket purchase. I'd recommend searching for "Disneyland Confirmation Tickets" and the subject line should say something like "Disneyland Confirmation (#DD##################)" with the "#" being a unique set of numbers assigned to your ticket.
If you scroll down in this email, you should see a section that says "Multi-Day Ticket Expiration" - though this might have a different title if you didn't purchase multi-day tickets. This should show you how long your tickets can be used for.
Typically, tickets have a pretty wide window to be used within before they expire. For example, if you purchased standard theme park tickets today, they would not expire until January 12, 2025. However,
if these tickets have been used at all (if you have used them to scan into the parks) then they must be used within 13 days of first use.
If your tickets
have expired and are wholly unused then you can still apply the amount paid for those tickets towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket at the current price so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for your original tickets. There's quite a lot of flexibility here!
So in other words, keep planning that next trip of yours to the Disneyland Resort! If your original tickets did expire then you can
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line to help apply that amount to the purchase of new tickets.
