Hi Sheri,
I'm not aware of an official list of permitted items, however I can provide you a list of the
restricted items within the Disney Theme Parks. I would certainly recommend bringing your own water bottles for the cost savings measure and the ability to stay hydrated in the hot Florida sun. I also routinely carry a back pack of some sort, including an extra change of clothes for the kids in the event of spills, rain storms, water rides, etc. Ziploc bags are also quite handy when storing the wet clothing. With toddlers or preschoolers, I also recommend carrying water shoes for the many splash pad opportunities, including one of the newest additions to New Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom, Casey Jr. Splash 'N' Soak Station.
Other smart items to pack in your day bag:
- camera
- sunscreen
- moleskin or band-aids
- autograph book
- sharpie pen (clickable is best!)
- snacks
Visit us again with anything else coming to mind, Sheri, and thanks for bringing your great question to us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Have a magical vacation!
Sherri
