how do I find out how early we can arrive at our hotel (poly) on the first day of our trip?

Hi there Kate. You couldn't have picked a better resort to call home during your Disney visit! My family and I absolutely love the Polynesian and I'm certain you will too!

While the official check-in time is 3pm, I'd highly recommend that you stop by anytime during the morning of your arrival to see if your room is ready. If not, they will still complete the check-in process with you, and provide you with your Key to the World cards (room keys), so you can head straight to the parks and begin your Disney Day. You can also start enjoying the amazing Poly amenities right away, so you might decide to try out the volcano pool slide! The friendly front desk cast members will then contact you when your room is ready via text or cell phone call.

Wishing you a pixie-dusted Poly vacation! Please feel free to send more questions my way in the days leading up to your trip!
