Greetings, Melina, and welcome to planDisney! As your countdown to embarkation day continues, it's time to think about
how to perfectly pack your bags – that includes making sure you have everything you need for the special dress events onboard the ship. I'm happy to help!
The
Disney Cruise website provides general guidance about attire based on the length of the cruise, which can help you decide which outfits to pack. The attire schedule for a specific cruise is generally available in the months leading up to sailing.
While schedules are subject to change, it currently looks like the upcoming 7-night cruises on the
Disney Treasure include a formal night on Day 2 and a semi-formal night on Day 6. These dress-up nights are an optional but fun opportunity to be a little fancy! The excitement doesn't stop there, because there will also be a
Pirate Night on Day 4. Yo ho, yo ho!
Melina, the most up-to-date schedules will be available via the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App once you board the ship and connect to the Wi-Fi. It's a good idea to check there in case any of the special dress event dates have shifted. In the app, you'll also find information about entertainment, fireworks, meet-and-greets with Characters, and other onboard activities. I like that you can heart activities you're interested in to get a reminder before they start. That way, you won't miss a thing!
I love that you'll be sailing on the
Disney Treasure – it's magnificent! The Grand Hall is breathtaking, with a bronze statue of Aladdin and Princess Jasmine, beautiful artwork, intricate floor designs, lanterns, and more. Make sure to spend some time admiring all the details here and in other areas of the ship. The adult-exclusive lounges are so fun and immersive, too – make sure to check out The
Haunted Mansion Parlor and
Skipper Society.
Melina, I hope these details help you prepare for your Caribbean cruise. If you think of any other questions, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney.
Your pal,
Kriss
