Hi how do I find out when my Disney Water Parks tickets expire

    Hi Tracy,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!

There are a few ways to determine the expiration of your Water Park tickets. The first way is by checking the ticket within the My Disney Experience mobile app. To do this, first select the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner of the app and select the “Tickets and Passes” box. Once your tickets load, you should be able to scroll through them to find your Water Park tickets. Once found, under the barcode, you should see an expiration date!

If you don’t see an expiration date, then you should check out the Walt Disney World Resort website. At this time, it looks like tickets purchased today are valid through December 31, 2023. Depending on when you purchased your ticket, this may or may not be the case for your ticket. However, you may be able to see an expiration date in your confirmation email as well. Try scrolling all the way to the bottom of the email to see if the expiration date is there.

A final way to triple confirm would be to call the Existing Tickets desk. They will use your account information or ticket confirmation number to determine the expiration date. The phone lines open around 7:00 a.m. ET. Try calling early in the morning if you have the flexibility, that way you're (hopefully) among some of the first guests in the queue.

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your next trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other planning or vacation questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
