Where can I find what or if a Disney restaurant has gluten free food? We will be there December with our daughter with celiac disease. I am specially wondering about Be our Guest.

Hello Jana! Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
The Walt Disney World Resort is ready for welcoming guests with food allergies and special diet needs. Cast Members at the restaurants are prepared to help your family. When you make reservations in advance, make sure you let them know about your daughter’s celiac disease. But if you arrive at any quick-service or table service restaurant without reservation, don’t worry, just tell a cast member about the food allergy and they will be glad to help you find a safe option for her. Sometimes even the manager will come to talk to your family.
There is a nice website, glutenanddairyfree.com, where you can find helpful information about the best places to eat for people with specific food allergies at the Walt Disney World Resort. You could also buy special products at gardengrocer.com and ask for it to be delivered at your hotel room if you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. And finally, there is a great place in Downtown Disney Area where you can find gluten-free products - Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC.
Hope this information helps. Come back again if you have further questions.
    Have a magical day!
