Hi moms! Is there a way to find out your dining rotation ahead of time or to ask for a specific order? Thanks!

    Hi, Christine!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.  Your dining rotation will be assigned to you on embarkation day. You are more than welcome to request a certain rotation prior to your cruise, by calling the Disney Cruise Travel Desk at 1-800-951-3532. It won't be guaranteed, but at least you can improve your chances of getting on a specific rotation that way.

Just in case you get your rotation on embarkation day and you would like to make changes, you still can.  The restaurant managers will usually be in one of the dining rooms with their laptops to make these types of immediate changes. Check with the Guest Services desk at the lobby to find out where they are when you get on board. If they do make a change to your already assigned dining rotation, you will be issued new Key to the World Cards that will show your updated dining room rotation. The managers were very accommodating to my request on our last cruise, when I requested changes. I didn't want to miss dinner at Animator's Palate, and it just so happened to coincide with my Palo dinner reservations. When I met the restaurant manager, they were able to change my family's dinner rotation, as well as secure ideal dinner time reservations at Palo. So, we didn't have to miss dinner at Animator's Palate... which is my kids' favorite restaurant.

    I hope this helps!

    Happy planning, Christine!
