    Hello, where can I find dining information about allergens? We have life threatening food allergies and need to plan accordingly. I'd like to know if some safe places for us to eat but I haven't found specific allergen information.

    Hi, Michelle!

    With food allergies as serious as those that you are dealing with, you should speak directly with the experts on the food preparation and ingredients. Start by making a note on any dining reservations indicating that you have a food allergy in your party. Next, send an email to Special.Diets@disneyland.com. Explain your needs, and include your email address and phone number so a Cast Member can be in contact with you.

    You may also consider packing some safe snacks and drinks that you keep with you. This way you have safe food if you just want a quick snack during your magical visit to the Disneyland Resort. However, any location will be happy to let you speak to the chef and also share an ingredients list. The Cast Members are ready and willing to assist, so ask at any time.
