Hi Alex,
How exciting to be arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days to enjoy a Magical vacation! I know I always am most excited in the few days leading up to my vacation, and I bet you are the same way.
I am glad to hear that you have booked a Disney Resort Collection hotel with theme park tickets. If you booked your vacation through the Walt Disney World website, it's possible your Disney Resort hotel stay and theme park tickets are "autoMagically" linked to your account. Try logging into your
My Disney Experience account and look to see if you can view your Disney Resort hotel reservation as well as tickets.
If you do not see either then let's help you link your reservations manually using this handy-dandy
linking tool. Once you open the linking tool, you will see there is an icon for "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package" and you should click on that. You will enter your confirmation number that you received in your email to link your Resort reservation or vacation package. If you purchased your tickets as part of a vacation package then everything should populate to your account. If you have purchased your tickets separately, then you should have an email that has your ticket ID code in it. The ticket ID code is usually located in the upper right-hand corner and is just under the bar code. You can use the same
linking tool to link your tickets but in this case you will select the "Tickets" icon to link them.
If you are still having trouble, I recommend calling the phone number listed in here for
Existing Tickets and a friendly Cast Member will help you out. Once you have your tickets linked, remember to select which theme parks you will be visiting and make
Theme Park Reservations for each theme park you will be visiting.
Have a Magical vacation! Please come back and visit us again here at planDisney with all of your future vacation planning questions.
See Ya Real Soon,
Brenda
