How can I find out how many days are left on no expiration park hopper tickets

    Hi Glenn,

Ooh...what a blessing to discover that you still have old No Expiration Option tickets to the most magical place on earth! While all tickets that you're currently able to purchase expire within 14 days of their first use, Disney will still honor old tickets that have unexpired admission days left!

The fastest and easiest way to find out how many days of fun await you with your ticket is by showing your ticket to a Cast Member at a ticket window, resort Concierge desk, or Guest Relations at Disney Springs. They'll be able to scan it and tell you right away. If you're not currently at the Walt Disney World Resort, though, you may email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com with your full name, the date and location of purchase, the name of the person who purchased it and their form of payment, a photo or scan of the front and back of the ticket, and your daytime phone number. Do note that it could take up to 14 days to hear back.

If your ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience account, I do have a little trick that I've used before to check my own old No Expiration Option tickets. Once you are logged in to My Disney Experience, simply attempt to make FastPass+ selections sometime in the next 30 days. The system will only allow you to make selections if you have a valid ticket linked to your account, so the number of days that you're able to make FastPass+ selections should match the number of admission days left on your ticket. Just don't forget to go back and cancel any FastPass+ selections that you won't be using so that someone else can enjoy them!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Glenn, and have a truly magical vacation!
