Hiya, Connie!
Welcome to planDisney, friend! First, allow me to wish you a very Happy Birthday! I know it's a few months early, but we are so excited to celebrate with you. I cannot think of a better place to spend your birthday than The Most Magical Place on Earth. Be sure to
pick up a Celebration Button during your upcoming adventure so Cast Members will know it's your special day!
Connie, I have good news, no news situation here. The good news is that there are no plans to discontinue this amazing benefit for Guests staying at a deluxe Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel at this time. Theme park hours, including
Early Entry and
Extended Evening Hours, are only published 60 days in advance. So, Hakuna Matata! Official times for your travel dates have not been released yet. This may be why you are unable to locate the availability for your fabulous birthday adventure. This leads me to my no news note. The Walt Disney World website
does list Extended Evening Hours as a part of the schedule for September, but no specifics are available. Once that 60-day mark arrives, you will be able to see all these magical details in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. I want to add a quick note that all park hours are subject to change, including early and extended hours. So, be sure to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news about everything happening in Walt Disney World Resort.
Okay, let's get back to planning the best trip ever, so you can have the best birthday ever! Celebration buttons are just the start of all the fabulous ways to make your day memorable and magical!
Specialty Cakes,
Enchanting Extras, and fabulous
Fireworks Dessert Parties are sure to delight and create lifelong memories. The
Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties: Disney Enchantment Pre-Party is a favorite of mine. You can enjoy nostalgic 50th Anniversary-themed treats, sparkling wine and cider (Cheers to you on your birthday!), and so much more with beautiful Cinderella Castle views. Before the fireworks, you will be personally escorted to a reserved viewing area that is sure to impress. I love attending the pre-party because there is no need to head to the castle super early to find a perfect spot. Instead, you will have treats, great views, and plenty of time to celebrate. My pro tip is to choose the pre-party over the after-party because attraction wait times tend to be lower when the fireworks end. Guests often leave the parks immediately following Disney Enchantment, so this is a great time to head to your favorite ride!
I hope your Birthday Adventure is a dream come true!
We'll see ya real soon!
