Nikole from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Is there a way to find out which dates ARE available to use my DVC points for reservations at certain properties? Rather than continously putting in different dates to search, I would like to just search a property for their availability.

    Hey Howdy Hey, Nikole!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question. How exciting that you are planning to use your Vacation Points for a magical stay at the Disney Vacation Club property of your dreams.  As a Member for the last 22 years, DVC has enabled our family the opportunity to stay in the magic often and enjoy flexible family vacations year after year.

Nikole, yes, there is a way to check for a particular Disney Vacation Club Resort's availability.  To do this, go to the Disney Vacation Club site and log in to your account. Go to the My DVC tab on the right and select "My Dashboard." You do have to start by entering dates under "Plan Your Vacation," but once the list of Resorts displays, go to the top where it says "Resort" and you can select a specific Resort. Then, you can go to the specific room type you are interested in and it will show a calendar for three months at a time, and it is color coded for dates that are "Available," "Waitlist Only," etc. You can look ahead to future months and see that particular Resort's availability as well as the Points per night for that Resort.

Just as a reminder, you can book your Home Resort beginning 11 months in advance of your desired vacation.  All other Disney Vacation Club Resorts can be booked beginning 7 months in advance.  While I know it is not ideal, if you don't see what you are looking for at first, keep checking every day (even sometimes within the same day) as availability changes often. In fact, that is how I booked our last Disney Vacation Club stay just two months from our check-in during Spring Break.

I hope this helps you, Nikole! If you have any further Disney Vacation Club questions, stop back here to see us, and we will be so happy to help you.

    Magically Yours,
    Keri
