Where can I find dairy free menu items at the park? Toddler friendly. Is there a printable list somewhere?

    Hello, Amber!

Yum! You're asking about one of my all time favorite topics to help plan--Disney dining! There are so many delicious Disney eats and treats at the Walt Disney World Resort. So, let's get to planning some of your dairy allergy-friendly meal choices!

While you won't find a full list on the Walt Disney World Resort website, there are several blogs and third-party sites that are focused on allergy-friendly dining throughout the resort and you may be able to find a list through one of those outlets. What I like to do is start planning where we might like to eat and then look at the menus for each restaurant online to see what allergy-friendly meals are available. This way I know ahead where we will find the most options. With a toddler, I really like Pinocchio Village Haus. It's in the heart of Fantasyland and if you're lucky enough to get a table by the windows overlooking "it's a small world" your kiddo will get a kick out of waving to riders on the attraction. You can also Mobile Order from this location to help save some time waiting in line. If you go to the webpage, you'll see the option to "View Menu". Then, scroll almost to the bottom, you'll see the options for milk allergy-friendly where you'll find kid's pizzas, fries, cookies and chicken strips. You can also view these menus on the My Disney Experience mobile app

Disney takes food allergies and dietary requests very seriously, so feel free to request to speak with a chef or a special diets-trained Cast Member at any of the Quick-Service or Table-Service locations if you have any concerns or want to know more about their allergy-friendly options.

Bonus Tip: Guest favorite treats like the traditional Pineapple DOLE Whip® and the regular butter-flavored popcorn are dairy-free as well. Although, I recommend checking with the Cast Members at these snack locations just to make sure things haven't changed.

Have an amazing vacation, Amber. If you would like any other suggestions or if we can help you with anything else, please come back and let us know. We love to help!

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
