Hi, Natalie! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Oh my goodness! It looks like you will be arriving at the
Walt Disney World Resort tomorrow! It would be my pleasure to help get your vacation off to a magical start!
I just spoke to a
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Cast Member. I was told that due to the typical fluctuations in temperatures in Florida around this time of yEAR, the resort hotel pool hours vary from day-to-day. There really are no set operating hours at this time. On days when the weather is a bit cooler, the pools will have more limited hours, while they stay open much longer when the temperature warms up. Your best bet is to ask a Cast Member about the pool operating hours for that particular day when you check-in at
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.
I do hope that you will be able to enjoy a swim in the
pools at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, however, there are plenty of other fun
recreational activities that you can also enjoy if the weather is a bit cooler. You can cruise around Bay Lake aboard a
motorized boat, available from the Fort Wilderness Marina. Also, you don't want to miss
Chip ‘N’ Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long!
If you have time during your stay at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, I would highly recommend making a reservation for the
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. Here you will be entertained by the Pioneer Hall Players' vaudeville-style comedy while enjoying a delicious BBQ feast.
I hope that you enjoy your stay at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort! Have a magical vacation!
Samantha
