    Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I am so glad you came to us with your magical question, and I am thrilled to be a part of your planning journey. In fact, I always say the best way to pass the time until your next Disney vacation is to plan as much of it as possible. 

    Now, let's talk about the My Disney Experience service and why it is so great to plan your vacation! To see your current reservation, log into your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans" on the website or "My future plans" if you are using the mobile app. There, you will be able to view all reservations linked to your account. However, if you made any reservations and they do not show up on your account, there are two things you can do. First, make sure that the reservations are linked to your account. Most of the time, reservations such as Resort hotel reservations are linked directly to your account upon purchase. However, you can always try putting your confirmation number in the "Link a Reservation or Purchase" section to ensure it was properly linked! Second, I would suggest viewing your plans on the website on your computer. I have noticed that some features to modify your plans are only available on a desktop, so that is why they may not be available on your mobile app!

    Another suggestion I have for you is to download the My Disney Experience mobile app if you haven't already! The app has so many features that make your trip to the parks much easier, and I honestly could not visit them without them. With the mobile app, you can order your meals without standing in line, check wait times for all attractions, skip the lines in some of your favourite merchandise stores, and even tap into the theme parks! Plus, with the new Direct-to-Room services, you can even unlock the door to your Disney Resort hotel room with your phone. That is especially great for people like me who always forget their room key inside the room!
