How do I find how many cruises I’ve been on that includes the free ones that I have been on as well?

Ahoy there, Melissa! It's great to have you alongside here at planDisney! I, too, love to reference my past cruise information while planning my next adventure, so you can imagine my surprise when I checked the Castaway Club page and POOF - gone!

Lucky for us, our cruise data is safe, but due to the recent system upgrade (in March 2022), it's currently unavailable online.  While they weren't able to point to the map for when it would reappear,  I checked with a crew member who said at the moment the best way to get this information is by calling! As far as I was able to confirm, any sailing you take with Disney Cruise Line where your Castaway Club number is attached to your reservation should be part of your cruise history, so as long as you haven't removed that from your information, you should be able to get that information when you call as well!

Whether you use your cruise history to double-check a stateroom number you loved or to remember when my last time on one of the ships was, I hope your map will be filled in soon! I know that with some of the stateroom numbers being so similar, I'd be going through them with a fine-toothed comb to be sure I book the one I want!

Thank you so much for your question Melissa, and thanks for sailing my way! If you have any other questions, please drop us another line anytime as you chart your course!

Until then, may your anchor be tight and your compass true!
