I would like to find out my cruise itinerary so I can make reservations around it. Example: I would like to book a nicer restaurant but not on the same time as the pirate party etc. Who can i contact to find out dining schedule etc.

Ahoy there, Laura! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm thrilled that you'll be embarking on an incredible Disney Cruise Line adventure this July! In no time, you'll be whisked away to exciting Ports of Call, enjoying some of the most amazing gourmet dining on the high seas, and entertainment you've come to know and love from Disney! With so much to do that's included in your Disney Cruise Line vacation, you're definitely taking a "planDrew-approved" approach to making sure you experience everything you can!

When it comes to your schedule, I have a few tips to set your compass in the right direction!

    • If you are concerned about missing out on the fun and excitement of Pirate Night, specifically, generally speaking, reservations for Adult Exclusive dining are available at multiple times throughout your cruise!
    • Disney Cruise Line's exclusive rotational dining means you're in the passenger seat for an incredible dining experience each night! Your seating is either the Main Seating which typically starts between 5:45 and 6:15 p.m., or the second seating which starts between 8:00 and 8:30 p.m. Entertainment is scheduled for Guests around both main dining room times, so there's no worries about missing out on anything with your nightly dining rotation!
    • My family usually selects the Second Seating. We like this arrangement because it allows us to book one of the earliest reservation slots in the late afternoon for Palo or Remy! These are usually so early that there's no way they'll conflict with Pirate Night!
    • If you're looking for a surefire way to have an amazing adults-only meal while maximizing evening entertainment, I definitely suggest booking a brunch at Palo or Remy if they're available on your itinerary!
    • And remember, the Disney Cruise Line website holds a bit of buried treasure when it comes to typical order of schedules for themed nights!
    • Once you board, be sure to check your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app frequently for each day's schedule - as soon as you embark the ship, it goes from pre-cruise planning tool to detailed onboard schedule!

Now lately, 3-night itineraries have not included a Pirate Night, so the best way to determine exactly what your specific sailing will include is to contact a crew member by phone
Laura, I can't wait for you to experience the magic that awaits you with Captain Minnie on the high seas! Thank you so much for your question, and if you have any others as you finalize your planning, please drop me another line here at planDisney!

    Fair winds and following seas!
