How do I find which cruise boats I have been on so far?

Hello, Dawn! Thank you for visiting planDisney, and welcome!

Can you believe it? Disney Cruise Line has been entertaining Guests at sea for 25 years! I still remember my first sailing almost 15 years ago. A lot has happened since then, and like you, I forgot which ship I had sailed (Shh, don't tell my planDisney friends). Thankfully, with a recent website update, Disney Cruise Line has made it easier for you to see your past sailings, including the ship's name. What a relief!

Look for the Already Booked tab on the Disney Cruise Line website, then scroll down to Castaway Club. After your first sailing, you’re automatically enrolled and become a Silver Castaway Club Member. You’ll need to log in to see your sailing details. The first thing you’ll notice is your membership level. If you keep looking toward the bottom of the page, you’ll see a list of your future and completed sailings, including the name of the ships you’ve sailed. If you do not see this information listed, I’d call Disney Cruise Line, and a reservation agent can locate your Member ID to link to your account.

Castaway Club members enjoy exclusive at-home and onboard benefits, such as early booking for new itineraries and Welcome Back Aboard gifts. There’s even a dedicated Castaway Club phone number you can use to ask questions or to book your next cruise.

Dawn, no matter when you choose to sail with Disney Cruise Line again, Captains Mickey and Minnie will be waiting for you. Please revisit us at planDisney if you have any further questions. We are delighted to help you plan your next adventure!

Ahoy! Just like Moana, I feel the irresistible call of the sea. I think the best vacation is aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship – thankfully, my family agrees. Whether savoring gelato in Italy, snorkeling in Mexico, or basking in the sea breeze on deck, each destination fills us with memories to last a lifetime. I look forward to helping your family plan a Disney Cruise Line adventure brimming with cherished moments!
