Where can I find a copy of my reservation.

    Hi there Heidi!

Welcome to planDisney, I am so glad you decided to come to us during your planning process! I see your vacation is coming soon, how excited are you? I know I would be thrilled. You picked such a nice time to visit the parks with The World's Most Magical Celebration and EPCOT's International Festival of the Arts! I know I always love to plan my vacations around the EPCOT festivals, they add so much to the experience.

Now let's talk about your reservation. If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend linking all your reservations to your My Disney Experience Account so that you can find all of your plans in one place. For example, if you made a Disney Resort Collection reservation, or if you purchased theme park tickets, you should have received a confirmation number by email. You can then log into your My Disney Experience Account and click on "My Plans." If you scroll down the page, you should be able to see an "Add More Plans" blue tab which will allow you to link already existing reservations. You can use the same tab to add more reservations such as dining reservations or theme park reservations. It is important to link your theme park admission before you can make theme park reservations, which are currently required to visit any of the four theme parks. If you like to plan ahead like me, you can even add fireworks, character experiences, shows, parades and even notes to your plans so you don't miss out on anything!

If you have an iPhone, iPad or Android smartphone, I would also recommend downloading the My Disney Experience Mobile App so you can access your reservations anywhere at any time. The mobile app makes your My Disney Experience Account easily accessible and makes adding new reservations to your vacation even more straightforward. Also, if you decide to use Disney Genie Service or purchase Disney Genie+ and Disney Genie Lightning Lanes, you can do so on that same mobile app. I always use the mobile app while in the parks to make dining reservations, check on wait times, check in to my Resort reservation and purchase souvenirs without waiting in line

I hope this was helpful, Heidi, and I am sending you all the pixie dust for your upcoming trip. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions, we are always happy to help!

Have a magical day and tell Mickey we say hi!
