Welcome to planDisney. I see that you are just a few short months away from visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth. The springtime is one of my family’s favorite times of the year to visit. It also hosts a fun festival that I’ll have to tell you about, but until then, let’s get to your question.
You should be able to find your tickets on either the
Walt Disney World website or the
My Disney Experience app. Using the My Disney Experience app, tap on the 3 bars (≡) at the bottom right-hand corner. Next, click My Tickets & Passes. Here, you should see all of the tickets that you have purchased associated with your account. You can also assign any purchased tickets to the correct family member. On the Walt Disney World website, hover your cursor over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Plans and Tickets. Scroll down to the Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker tab. Here you should see your tickets and who they are associated with. If you do not see your tickets or encounter any errors, contact
Tickets & Hotel Reservations, and a friendly cast member will assist you.
Before we part ways, I see you will be on vacation during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. This is an amazing festival, featuring spectacular character topiaries, gardens, exhibits, and delicious food. The Garden Rocks Concert Series is always a blast as well.
