How can we find out what the check-in time will be for our resort? Also, we will be arriving in the late morning/early afternoon to the resort. Will we be able to attend the park before we check-in? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Jen!   You can check-in whenever you arrive to your resort, but your room may not be ready until 4:00 p.m.  If you room is not ready, you can store your carry-on bags or any luggage you have at Bell Services. If you leave your cell phone number, you can receive a call when your wonderful room is ready and waiting for you!

When you check-in, regardless if your room is ready or not, you can receive your Key to the World cards (tickets, dining plan credits) and begin your magical Walt Disney World vacation!   Have a fabulous time and Let the Memories Begin!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
