Ahoy, Kathleen!
Welcome aboard planDisney! I see you’re trying to track down those post-cruise pixie dust purchases—let’s help you uncover your treasure!
To locate your stateroom charges after your sailing, you’ll want to head over to the Disney Cruise Line website and navigate to the “Already Booked” tab. There, select “
My Cruise History and Folio.” You may need to sign in with your Disney account, but once you're in, scroll down to My Cruises and locate your most recent sailing. If the cruise is eligible, you’ll see a link to view or download your stateroom folio right beneath it.
A few tips from the bridge:
• It can take up to 24 hours after disembarkation for your folio to become available.
• Your stateroom folio remains available for up to 90 days after your sailing date.
• If you don’t see the link or run into trouble accessing it, the helpful Cast Members at Disney Cruise Line are
just a phone call away and can assist faster than Lightning McQueen at a piston cup race!
Here’s a little post-cruise tip I’ve learned from experience: once you’ve reviewed your folio, download and save a copy (especially if you’re tracking expenses or planning for your next adventure). I like to keep a folder of past cruise folios—it’s a great way to see how your onboard habits evolve and even plan smarter for your next voyage. Plus, it gives me just the excuse I need to say, “Guess it’s time to
book another cruise!”
Kathleen, I hope this helps steer you in the right direction and makes your post-cruise wrap-up a breeze.
Sea ya real soon with a June full of sun, sea, and shipshape adventures,
Dustin
