    Is their any way to find out when and where the characters are for autographs and pictures?

    Hi Brandi!
    Finding characters is way easier now than when I was a kid at Walt Disney World. Way back when, character encounters were totally random in terms of timing, and you never knew who you might run into. That part was exciting, but the fact that it was random and uncontrolled also meant you may have 4 other people in your picture facing 4 different directions for their own pictures.
    Nowadays, character meet-n-greets are well organized and pretty predictable. Pick up a "Times Guide" upon entering each park and this will list the location and available times for most characters appearing in the park that day. Some characters do still appear randomly, but many have specific locations and appearance times during park hours. Finally, you can visit Guest Services and ask them to call the Character Hotline to check for specific character appearances. They will know if, when, and where your favorite characters on a given day.
