Hi Rebekah!
Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!
The best way to find out about shows and parades for each park is to look at the entertainment listing - I have provided the links here:
Magic Kingdom Epcot Hollywood Studios Animal Kingdom. Most do not require reservations, be sure to pick up a copy of the Times Guide as you enter the park for the entertainment schedule for that day.
There are many wonderful
character dining experiences. If your daughter loves the Disney princesses, I would recommend Cinderella's Royal Table which takes place inside Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom park. Another princess dining experience is at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot. Chef Mickey's is a lively, fun experience for the whole family, located at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Advance dining reservations are recommended, and can be made online, or by calling (407) 939 3463, up to 180 days ahead of time.
Signature dining is a lovely experience for adults. California Grill is located at Disney's Contemporary Resort, and provides beautiful views of the Magic Kingdom, and if you time it to coincide with Wishes fireworks, you can view them from the restaurant.
If you have any other questions, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
