So, let’s sail right into your question. To find your Castaway Club membership information, start by visiting the
Disney Cruise Line website. First, sign in, then in the Already Booked section, select My Profile.
From there, look along the left-hand side for Memberships & Passes. Once you select that option, you should see your Castaway Club membership level and Member ID number.
