    How do I find out what bus to take from The art of Animation Resort to get to the Contemporary Hotel and how long it will take to get there?

    Hi Steven!

    There are several ways for you to get to the Contemporary Resort from the Art of Animation Resort. Disney does not offer direct Bus Transportation between resorts so you have two options as far as bus service.

    You can hop on the Magic Kingdom bus and then take the monorail for one stop which would be the Contemporary. I have always found it easier and quicker to just walk the short distance to the resort versus the monorail but children love to take that extra ride. Your next option would be to hop on the first park bus (besides the Magic Kingdom) and then transfer to the Contemporary Resort bus at that park. For either option I would suggest you give yourself an hour and a half travel time. You do not know how long you might have to wait for another bus or a monorail and you do not want to stress about missing an important reservation or meet up.

    The fastest way to get from resort to resort remains for you to simply take a taxi. This is an added cost but if you have to be somewhere early or if you don't have a lot of extra time to use taking the Disney transportation then this is your best option.
