Hi there, Dawn!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you stopped by with this question about booking another Disney Cruise Line vacation with the placeholder you likely booked on a previous voyage! One thing that I never forget to do while onboard is booking my next Disney Cruise Line vacation and taking advantage of the onboard booking specials! I love how flexible Disney Cruise Line makes it by allowing you to book a placeholder to be used within 24 months! And, if something comes up and you can’t make it on
another voyage, your deposit is fully refundable!
I checked with Disney Cruise Line to confirm the current blackout dates for placeholders and currently, they are as follows:
2019 Dates
Disney Fantasy – November 23, December 21, December 28
Disney Dream – November 25, December 23, December 27, December 30
Disney Wonder – April 12, April 19, October 18, November 22, December 20, December 27
Disney Magic – December 21, December 26, December 30
2020 Dates
Disney Wonder – April 10
Please note that the above dates are subject to change without notice, so the best thing to do is double check with Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 or your travel agent that nothing has changed when you go to book your next adventure with Captain Mickey!
When you get your vacation booked, come back with any planning questions you may have!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
