How could I find out block out dates for Disney world Florida residents with silver annual passes?

    Hi Gary,

Hello from a long-time Florida Resident Silver Passholder! My family loves the convenience and flexibility of the Silver annual passes and appreciates the lower cost associated with the passes that are blocked out during some peak periods.

Generally, the blockout dates for the Silver passes are the week before and the week after Easter; the peak weeks between early June and mid-August; and the two weeks during the Christmas/New Year's holidays.

You can find the exact dates in a couple of places: on the annual passes page of Walt Disney World website and in the My Disney Experience Mobile App. On the website, you will find a link that says View blockout dates under the Silver pass section.

On the My Disney Experience Mobile App, go to the Park Hours & Info section and you will see a tab for Annual Passholders. When you select a pass type there, you will see a full calendar of available and blockout dates.

The 2017 blockout dates for the Silver pass are April 8-21; June 5-August 10; and December 18-31, plus January 1-2, 2018.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Gary. If you are a new passholder (or even a veteran), I recommend you check out all the benefits and discounts that your pass affords you. I love a discount! And please let us know if you have any other questions about how to make the most of your year of Walt Disney World fun. Enjoy!
