Hi Paige,
Thanks for visiting us again at the
Disney Parks Moms Panel. You've mentioned you were planning to visit in a few months, and hopefully it'll be in time to celebrate
Epcot International Festival of the Arts.
If there is a good deal on a Disney vacation, sign me up! And Mickey tries to help us all the time, with incredible
Special Offers, such as discounted
Theme Park Tickets, or
Resort Hotel reservations, or even free
Dining Plans with select
vacation packages. I prefer these, since all you need is a small deposit, which is fully refundable up to 30 days before arrival. This makes it super convenient with refunds, in the event that your plans change.
You can definitely modify a vacation package as long as there is availability. You can also change it to or from a room-only reservation by paying the corresponding difference. Keep in mind that room-only reservations have different cancellation terms, and that Theme Park Tickets purchased are non-refundable. It is best to speak with a vacation planning expert or your travel agent to review all options, or to apply any special offer available.
One last tip:
restaurant reservations are independent of your Resort reservation. So be sure to make them starting 180 days in advance for best selection. Happy planning!
Ricardo.
