Welcome to planDisney! We are so excited to have you here and that we get to help you with your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. How to find your balance for your vacation depends upon whether or not you have a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package or a room-only reservation. If you have a room-only reservation, I always suggest locating your confirmation email. Your email will show you how much you have already paid towards a deposit and what remaining balance is due at check-in.
If you have a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, you can find your remaining balance and make payments towards it using
My Disney Experience. First, log in to your My Disney Experience account and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. "My Plans" will display your upcoming trip itinerary, including your resort hotel details and
Disney Park Pass Reservations. Note that if you do not see your resort hotel details under "My Plans," you may still need to link your resort hotel to My Disney Experience. If your resort hotel details are present, you should see a blue button next to your resort information that says, "Make Payment." Once you click that button, you will be able to see your current remaining balance. Now let's say that you still don't see your balance; in this case, I suggest reaching out to a Cast Member at (407)-939-4357 for further assistance. Sometimes Wreck-it-Ralph gets a little carried away on the internet and glitches My Disney Experience, so let a Cast Member try to "fix-it."
