    hello how do i find out what my balance is and how do i make a payment since i cant find the link. thank you

    Thanks so much for visiting with the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Currently, the feature available through My Disney Experience that allows us to check our Disney vacation balance and to make a payment is unavailable. Imagineers and Cast Members are working to have this feature back up and running before too long. Seems as though our favorite duck, Donald, may have caused a bit of trouble. 

    For now, you can call 407-939-1936 and speak with a Cast Member who can provide you with your balance and assist you with taking a payment. 

    Hopefully, this feature will be available again soon!
