Where can I find my balance I owe on my magic key?

Heya, Denise! From one Magic Key holder to another, it’s such a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney! I’m happy to help you sort through the planning details that keep the magic moving forward.

Taking a moment to check on the practical side of things can make dreaming about future visits even more fun—and a lot more stress-free. When it comes to finding the remaining balance on your Magic Key annual pass, the best next step is to contact the Magic Key Holders phone line, a dedicated resource created just for Magic Key holders. A helpful Cast Member can access your account, confirm any amount due, and answer questions about your payment schedule or other Magic Key–related details you may have along the way.

Once you’ve confirmed your balance, Denise, a great way to get even more value out of your pass is by spending a little time in the Magic Key Portal within the Disneyland mobile app. That’s where you’ll find exclusive perks like dining and merchandise discounts, special offers, and limited-time extras that rotate throughout the year. From time to time, Magic Key holders even have access to discounts at select Disneyland Resort hotels, making it easier to turn a park visit into a full getaway. Be sure to check the special offers page regularly so you don’t miss out on any of those magical extras. And here’s a pro tip, Denise: keeping an eye on park availability and blockout dates can also help you plan visits around festivals, seasonal celebrations, or those quieter days that are perfect for strolling, snacking, and soaking in the atmosphere.

Speaking of Magic Key passes, my own renewal window just opened, and I’m already counting down the days! I’m especially excited for everything 2026 has in store at the Happiest Place on Earth, including the continuation of the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration with even more magic still to come. I’m also eagerly awaiting the return of the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival in March—always one of my favorite times to visit (and I’m really hoping that beloved Mickey-shaped macaron with Snickers bar pieces makes a comeback—it’s a crowd favorite!)

I hope this helps you enjoy every part of your Magic Key experience, Denise—from the planning moments to those unforgettable park days ahead. May your visits be filled with familiar favorites, delicious surprises, and that unmistakable feeling that comes with walking through the gates, knowing a truly magical day is just beginning.

    See ya real soon!
