You should find the balance due on your Walt Disney World trip in your
My Disney Experience account.
If you booked directly through Disney, you can log in to your My Disney Experience account either on the website or in the app. I would suggest using a computer, rather than a mobile device, because it's easier to navigate a website.
Once you’re logged in, go to “My Plans” and scroll down to your
resort reservation. There you’ll see all the details. Your travel dates, hotel info, and ticket package should appear right underneath it, showing the remaining balance and the due date.
If you booked through a travel agent, your balance won’t usually show up in the app the same way. In that case, your agent will send you an updated invoice, and they’ll usually let you know when payments are due and how much is left.
If you booked a room only, the balance will appear in your My Disney Experience account, but you'll need to call and
speak with a Cast Member to pay your balance. If you'd like to wait, the balance will be taken from the card on file the morning of your check-in.
Once you’re paid in full, it will update right there in your account, so you’ll know you’re all set for your trip!
