Where do I find my balance due

Greetings W. Grant and welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on your upcoming trip to the most magical place on earth! I hope you are ready to have a fantastic adventure!

Let’s find your balance that is due! Log into your My Disney Experience account and select “My Plans”.  You will scroll down to your resort reservation where you will see the details of your trip.  This is where you will see the remaining balance that is owned and the due date. You will be able to make a payment from this prompt. I find it is usually easier to do this on a desktop using the My Disney Experience website, but you could also do this on your mobile device.

    W. Grant, if you booked a room only reservation, you would see a balance due, but you will need to call and speak with a friendly Cast Member to pay off the balance of the reservation. On a room only reservation, you could also wait to pay the balance from the credit card that is on file on the day of your check-in.

If you booked through a travel agent or a third-party agent, your balance might not show up on the site in the same way. The travel agent will need to send you an updated balance and the date that is needed to pay off the balance.

    W. Grant, if you are still in need of any help finding your balance, or paying it off, don’t hesitate to use the Walt Disney World reservations phone line and a friendly Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you and take good care of you!

Have a great adventure and don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
