How do I find out where the baby stations are located specifically in the park? Is there a map? This will be my first time going to Disney with a nursing child.

    Hi Sarah!

The Baby Care Centers at Walt Disney World were my best friend when my kids were little.  They are such a fantastic space for new mothers to take a break with their babies.  Each Baby Care Center offers quiet low-lit nursing rooms with rocking chairs, changing tables (nicer ones than you'll find in the regular bathrooms), high chairs, microwaves, bottle warmers, cartoons for older siblings and air conditioning!  It is no fun nursing a baby in the Florida heat.

Each park map will show you where the Baby Care Center is located, usually towards the entrance to the parks, and you can also find it on the Baby Care Centers website at the bottom of the page.

    Have a magical day!
