Hiya Reba!
Welcome to planDisney, fellow Annual Passholder! I am so glad you stopped by to ask us this magical question today, as knowing when to renew your Annual Pass is very important. As an Annual Passhodler myself, I cannot imagine going back to using regular theme park tickets, as there is nothing quite like being able to experience the magic whenever you want!
To view when your Annual Pass expires, you can go online and click on "My Plans" under the
My Disney Experience tab. Then, log into your account and click on "Tickets, Passes and Memory Maker." Once you have located your Annual Pass, you should be able to see the expiration date under your Annual Pass type and next to your profile. This section can also be found in the
My Disney Experience mobile app by going into the three-line menu and clicking on "Tickets and Passes."
Should you want to
renew your Annual Pass, there are a few ways to do so. First, you can renew your Annual Pass online on the
Walt Disney World Resort website. Second, you can pay for your renewal at a Vacation Planning window at the Main Entrance of any of the theme parks, or at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Third, you can also call (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277 and renew it over the phone with a Disney Cast Member. It is important to remember that your renewal window starts 60 days before your expiration date, and extends until 30 days after the expiration.
I hope this was helpful, Reba, and that you will have yet another magical year of using your Annual Pass and enjoying all of its benefits. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your next visit, please don't hesitate to reach back out. You've got a friend in us here at planDisney!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
