    Hi. Where can I find the amount paid and the missing amount on my reservation? thanks

    I hope this question means that you have a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort coming up soon. I just got back from my family's vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth, and we had the BEST time! Woo hoo!

    To view your resort hotel details, you'll need to log in to your My Disney Experience account. Click on "My Plans"  or "Resort Hotel" and then "View Room Details" You'll see your resort hotel reservation and remaining balance there.

    I spoke to a Cast Member who confirmed that there isn't a way to see a list of past payments in My Disney Experience. If you would like to request a list of payments you have made, you may email that request to guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com.
