I finally got a reservation for chef Mickey. Can I add to more guests to my dinner reservation?

    Welcome to planDisney, Donna!

This is such a great question. A visit to Chef Mickey's to enjoy dinner with Mickey and his pals is sure to create magical memories for your entire Ohana. You can check if there is availability to add more Guests to your table through the My Disney Experience app. Start by tapping the three bars at the bottom of the screen and selecting the Future Plans tile. Locate the dining reservation that you are hoping to change, and choose the Modify option. Increase the party size to your desired amount on the next screen, and select your desired time. If there is availability for a party of that size a time will appear on the screen. Select the time and follow the remaining prompts to complete the modification. I am sad to report that if no times are listed, you will not be able to add Guests to the reservation.

Should you find that you are unable to add to your table, I do have a few pro tips that may help you secure a spot for the whole crew.
    • Continue to check back for availability often. Guest's plans change all the time and a reservation may open up before you arrive.
    • You can join the walk-up list on the day you wish to dine at this location. This is not a guarantee as Chef Mickey's is incredibly popular. I recommend checking the My Disney Experience app first thing to see if there are openings that day. To look for same-day openings, tap the + at the bottom of the screen and select Check Dining Availability. Select that day and the Now option to see available Walk-Up Lists.
    • You can also look for an additional table to accommodate the Guests hoping to dine with the Fab Five that day. If you are hoping to add three additional friends, try searching for a reservation for three. Smaller tables are often easier to secure. While you may not be able to be seated near each other, you can request this when you check in at the restaurant.

I hope your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
