    We finally booked our very first cruise for Oct 2010! So excited! Now we're trying to plan some shore excursions. We are taking the West. Carib. Any recommendations or excursions to suggest? Our children will be 6 and 9. Thank you!!

    I can suggest a few ideas. The Western Caribbean itinerary has some great excursions!

    Key West:
    Pirate Scavenger Hunt or Pirate Scavenger Hunt with Shipwreck Historeum - both adventures offer interactive activities. For a more active excursion, try the Snorkel Kayak and Dolphin Watching Adventure.

    Cozumel:
    Dolphin Kids at Dophinaris
    or Dolphin Discovery Cozumel if parents want to interact with dolphins too!

    Grand Cayman:
    Boatswain's Adventure Marine Park
    for a more active outing, try the Dolphin Extreme Swim and Turtle Farm.

    The above suggestions would work well for families!
