Ahoy there, Debra! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so glad you sailed my way with your question about downloading your
Disney Cruise Line photos from your recent voyage! Since it's very important to download your photos before the package expiration date (that's 45 days after the photo was taken) let's weigh anchor and set a course to get them downloaded!
At the top right of each picture in your gallery should be a greyed-out check mark. Once you click on the photos you want to download, that check mark will turn green. To make for smooth sailing, after you click on your first one, a 'select all visible media' message should come up which will allow you to select your entire gallery! You should then see the option to download your photos!
If for any reason you continue to run into rough seas when following this course we've charted, I definitely suggest
emailing photo team support before your photos expire.
Oh, and one more planDrew-approved tip: if you plan on getting prints of the digital photos you download at your local photo center, remember to
download the licensing agreement that will ensure you don't run into any issues on that end!
Thank you so much for your question, Debra! If you ever have any other questions as you plan for your next Disney Cruise Line vacation - I hope you took advantage of the opportunity to book a placeholder - please drop another message in a bottle to us here at planDisney!
Quick, before your photos sail away!
Andrew
