There is no better feeling than making your final payment on your Disney trip knowing you have nothing but excitement building for the last couple of weeks before your trip! Having everything available to you on your
My Disney Experience account allows you to do so much from one site. Not only can you make dining reservations, Lightning Lane entrance passes and even manage your reservation which includes payment options. Thank you for your question about the details of making payments. Let's see what we can come up with.
The easiest place to make a payment on your reservation would be on your My Disney Experience account. Once you log in, go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. There you should see your reservation linked. On the right of the screen, is where you should find a blue hyperlink to "Make Payment". As long as you booked a vacation package with Disney, which includes hotel accommodations at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and theme park tickets, you should see this option if you have not made your final payment. If you do not see this link, there may be some details about your trip that may interfere with this option.
In some cases, instead of a link to make a payment, you would see wording to call a phone number listed to do this or to make any changes to your reservation. You can simply call that number to get your payment taken care of and any changes you may need to make.
If you did make a room-only reservation, you are not able to make payments on these reservations. You are required to make a down payment of the first night's stay plus tax to reserve your reservation and the rest of the amount would be due on the day you check-in.

Direct-to-room Service. With this service, you can check-in online and once your room is ready, you will get a notification on your app to head straight there and skip the front desk! Super easy to use and so convenient!
