    When is final payment due during the current Covid situation? If we make final payment can we get a refund if we decide to not go?

    Hi Marla!

    It is always an exciting time when the time comes to make the final payment for an upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! 

    Your final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival date involves dates up to October 3, 2020, Disney will waive the Disney-imposed change and cancellation fees. If your arrival date occurs after October 3, 2020, and you need to cancel, the standard cancellation and refund policy rules apply. There will be no cancellation penalties for cancellations more than 30 days before your arrival, but if you cancel 2 to 29 days before your arrival, a cancellation fee will apply. If you are within two days of your arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the package price.
